  23. I am currently a third year Computer Science student at the University
  24. of Liverpool.  As part of my Honours project I have to write a program
  25. which involves the use of a simple text browser.  I wondered whether
  26. there were any existing programs for creating a simple text file
  27. browser.  I would be grateful if you could get back to me with any
  28. information on this.
